Our Commitment and Values
Ikaw sa negosyo. Kami sa compliance.
You have a business to run. We have a job to do. We want you to feel sure about the people you’re working with, the system you’re using, and where your money is going.
These are the things we take seriously at Eksphi and across our group of companies.
Simple enough to understand. Serious enough for your business.
We want the system to be so easy to use that even your 12-year-old child can follow the everyday accounting tasks. As long as your child knows how to read, write, sit down, and focus on the work at hand.
The sitting down and focusing part is still required. We’re making software. We can only do so much.
There is already enough complexity in running a business. We spend time making the instructions clear and the system understandable so you can actually get your work done.
Your payment goes to hardworking and honest people.
Your payment goes to the people doing the work. It goes to maintaining the system, keeping your servers running properly, strengthening security, and reducing the chances of downtime.
There are people behind all of this. People who study, build, test, check, and fix things so you can go about your day.
Peace of mind is what you’re paying for here.
It does not go to fund race tracks or stunts. We have servers to maintain and actual work to do.
Ikaw sa negosyo. Kami sa compliance.
We strive for zero-disruption implementation.
May negosyo kang pinapatakbo. We understand that. You have employees, customers, transactions, and things that need to happen today. Your operations cannot revolve around our installation schedule.
We take the time to understand your setup, prepare the implementation, and coordinate the transition with your people. The goal is to help your business move forward while keeping disruption to a minimum.
Hindi puwedeng “surprise, bagong system na bukas.” There has to be a plan.
We are industry and subject-matter experts.
We take the time to understand the requirements, the technology, and how these things actually work inside a business.
We should be able to explain what you need, why you need it, and what it means for your operations. If something needs to be checked, we check it. If something needs more work, we say so.
Pag Helix ang partner mo, hindi ka mapapahiya.
We take that seriously. Our name is attached to the work, and your business is depending on it.
We do our due diligence. Every day.
We spend hours thinking about what could become a problem later. We talk about these things over breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Minsan, kahit tapos na ang trabaho, iniisip pa rin namin.
We review requirements, test changes, and check the things that are easy to overlook. We want to catch problems early, while there is still time to do something about them.
And if you do encounter a problem, we will be there. We will explain what is happening, take responsibility for our part, and work with you to get it resolved.
You know your worth. We know ours, too.
We know you worked hard for your business. We respect your money, your time, and the trust you give us.
We also know how much work goes into doing this properly. The studying, the preparation, the implementation, the infrastructure, and the people who continue looking after the system.
We believe in fair pricing and clear expectations. You should understand what you’re paying for, and we should be able to stand behind the work we deliver.
Pareho tayong nagtatrabaho nang maayos. That deserves respect on both sides.
Walang “mang-mang” dito. We are a curated team.
At Eksphi and across our group of companies, we carefully choose the people we work with. That includes the clients we serve.
The moment we see your message, email, or inquiry, we are already having a conversation about it within the team. We look at what you need, what we can do for you, and whether we can work well together.
We spend hours, days, and weeks studying, preparing, testing, and improving. We expect our people to understand their work and to keep learning as the requirements and technology change.
Asking questions is part of that. So is checking your answer before giving it to a client. Hindi puwedeng puro confidence lang. “Trust me, bro” is not one of our qualifications.
We also expect respect and honest communication from the people we serve. We take your business seriously, and we expect you to take our people and their work seriously, too.
We reserve the right to decline an engagement when we believe the working relationship will be difficult or unproductive. If we feel that we cannot work together with mutual respect and clear expectations, we will be honest about it from the beginning.
You are choosing the people you will trust with your business. We are also choosing the people we will commit our time, effort, and expertise to. Pareho tayong may responsibilidad dito.
Now, the practical side.
Our commitments come with realities: the things we need to be clear about before we start working together.
