You have options.
Bring them.

Let’s examine who actually knows the work, who owns the technology, and who will still be accountable when things become difficult.

More Than 27 Years of Proven Experience

The team, technology, and expertise behind Eksphi and its group of companies have been doing this for more than 27 years.

We have worked through changing regulations, new technologies, system migrations, operational constraints, and multiple generations of accounting and compliance requirements. More importantly, we were there from the beginning. We did not simply study the story after everything had already happened. We saw how the requirements, decisions, systems, and industry relationships came to be.

We know the narrative because we were part of it.

We did not just learn these compliance matters from a manual or a presentation. Believe us when we say this: we were there. We know people that you know.

We know what works, what tends to break, and what becomes unnecessarily expensive when it is handled poorly. We know what we are doing, and that confidence comes from experience.

The result is fewer blind spots and better judgment when regulations or technology change.

Electronic Invoicing Is Only Part of the Picture

Eksphi is built on more than electronic invoicing. We also bring BIR-CAS capability and years of experience working with accounting systems, business records, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.

Hover or tap a node to trace its connections.

Anyone treating this as nothing more than transmitting an invoice is already looking at the problem too narrowly.

This E-Invoicing thing is only one part of a much larger responsibility. There is a whole lot more to do, and there is a whole lot more coming.

An electronic invoice affects your accounting records, reporting processes, internal systems, customers, and compliance obligations. That is why we look at the entire environment in which every document is created, approved, recorded, transmitted, retained, and retrieved.

We are preparing for what you need today, but we are also thinking about what your organization will be expected to handle next. The result is a system designed with accounting, reporting, retention, integration, and what comes next in mind.

We Understand How Organizations Really Work

Your IT team, executives, finance department, and accounting team are not asking the same questions. They do not always share the same priorities, and they rarely measure risk in the same way.

We understand corporate politics. We understand how decisions are made, how budgets are defended, how responsibilities are assigned, how projects are approved, and how one unresolved conversation can hold up an entire implementation.

Systems, integration, security, and deployment.

Everything, even this entire EIS project, is a matter of conversation

Good conversations create better decisions, and the right connections put the right people in the room before a small concern becomes a large and expensive problem.

You, as our future customer, deserve to be surrounded by people who know. People who understand the technology, the compliance requirements, the industry, the history, and the reality of getting difficult work approved and completed.

There is an old truth that you can buy expensive things, but you cannot buy class, and you cannot simply buy your way into the Alta-siyudad. What we are building here is our own kind of Alta-siyudad, a circle of people who know the work and take ownership of the outcome.

Welcome to Eksphi. Home of the People Who Know and People Who Own.

When the right people understand the same outcome, there are fewer stalled decisions.

Eksphi Did Not Appear Overnight

When you work with Eksphi, you are not betting your compliance on a random developer who appeared when electronic invoicing suddenly became a market opportunity.

The experience behind Eksphi predates the current deadlines, the current terminology, and many of the providers now claiming expertise in the industry. We did not learn this business from a product brochure or a recently prepared sales script.

When you lose, you can lose big.

Let us also be honest about something. What we are all about to do is not that simple. Fine, go ahead and build your own system or buy whatever system appears easiest. Just remember that when a compliance system fails, the consequences do not stop with the software provider.

At Eksphi, you do not come here to lose. We will do everything within our responsibility and power to protect our customers, reduce risk, and prevent avoidable problems from becoming expensive failures.

The platform may be modern, but the knowledge behind it was earned over decades.

The result is less risk of discovering too late that the easy option was the expensive one.

We Perform Due Diligence and Take Ownership

We do not walk into an organization, connect a few systems, and hope everything works.

Real due diligence begins with a good conversation. We need to understand how your people work, what your systems can actually do, where decisions are getting stuck, and which risks nobody has wanted to discuss yet.

We listen to IT, Finance, Accounting, management, and the people doing the daily work because each of them knows something the others may not see. We connect those conversations, examine the dependencies, and take ownership of what we recommend.

Who performs the actual work?

We do not hand you a generic checklist and call it expertise.

You deserve to be surrounded by people who can listen, understand, connect the right information, and own the decisions they make.

If something could delay implementation, interrupt operations, create a compliance issue, or become expensive later, we want it identified early. That is part of what it means to be among the People Who Know and the People Who Own. The result is problems identified before they become implementation failures.

Put Us Against Your Current Provider or Your “Best” Prospect

We really are up for the challenge.

Put us in the same room. Show us the same requirements. Ask us the same difficult questions. We are ready to challenge your current provider and the company you have been told is your “best” option.

We only have one request. If you are going to compare us, make sure the other provider cannot hear our answers first. We are not interested in doing their homework for them.

Ask every provider who developed the core platform. Ask who has the authority to change it. Ask which legal entity holds the relevant accreditation and what that accreditation actually covers. Ask who becomes accountable when an integration fails, a requirement changes, or the implementation encounters a problem that was never mentioned during the sales process.

Ask every provider — tap to see why

Then ask us.

We know.

We own it.

We can answer for it.

As for our SS, our Special Skill 😂

we are keeping that hidden until the actual rollout. Some things are better demonstrated than advertised. We are also not stupid enough to fall for staged comparisons, borrowed answers, carefully prepared distractions, or questions designed to conceal what another provider cannot do.

We are ready to challenge where a challenge is necessary, and we are equally ready to collaborate when collaboration produces a better result.

What you get is a provider willing to be examined, compared, and held accountable.

Is Your Provider Just the Middleman?

Some companies primarily operate as middleware providers. They connect your Philippine operations to software developed, owned, or controlled somewhere else.

That connection may have value, but it is not the same as owning the platform or having direct authority over its development. When a Philippine requirement changes, can the local provider modify the core system? Can they assign the principal developers to solve the problem? Can they take responsibility for the product roadmap, or must they wait for another company in another country to decide?

Middleware is not the problem. Eksphi can operate in a middleware ESP capacity when connecting an existing CAS, POS, or ERP to the BIR. The real question is whether your provider can control the product, make decisions here, and answer for the result.

why get an international provider when the compliance requirements and the problems you are facing are here in the Philippines?

Your requirements are here. Your regulators are here. Your accounting and operational problems are here. Your provider should be able to make decisions here and remain accountable here. Philippine problems deserve answers from people who can actually make decisions here.

Your records. Your rules.

WE DO NOT HOLD YOUR DATA HOSTAGE.

Your business records belong to your business.

Your data does not need to be technically locked to become effectively held hostage. Restrictive access, unreasonable export requirements, avoidable delays, non-participation, and refusal to cooperate can produce the same result. Whatever form it takes, your access to your own records should never depend on keeping a provider comfortable.

Data ownership, access, retention, retrieval, and continuity should be discussed before you sign. You deserve a clear understanding of what you can retrieve, how it can be retrieved, which formats are available, and what happens to your records when the commercial relationship ends.

To put it plainly, we eat incompetent software providers for breakfast so they do not get the chance to eat you.

We mean that with no due respect to incompetence, because it is your interest that we are here to uphold, not theirs.

A provider should earn your continued business through performance, service, and trust, never through technical dependence or fear of losing access to your own information. Your ability to access your records should never depend on keeping a provider happy.

Serious Work Requires Serious Participation

We are not miracle workers, and we will not pretend to be. We make things work by asking the right questions, identifying risk early, preparing properly, and working closely with the people responsible for the outcome.

This literally will not happen without your participation.

What Eksphi Owns

We will do our best to keep you focused on running your business while we handle the work entrusted to us.

We can reduce uncertainty, prevent avoidable problems, and strengthen your implementation.

We protect your time.

What We Need From You

We need you to provide the documents, system access, samples, decisions, and people required to move the project forward. If we ask for something, it is because we need it to protect the outcome.

We cannot do that when responsibilities are ignored, important information is withheld, or the people doing the work are treated with contempt.

We need your participation to protect the result.

We are here to work with you. Give us the materials and cooperation we need to help you, and we will meet that participation with preparation, ownership, and everything we know.

Now you know why Eksphi.

Bring us your current system, your preferred provider, your complicated requirements, and the promises you have already been given. Let’s see what survives the conversation.
